Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Startup Ka Mall, we strive to deliver high-quality startup consulting services. Since our services involve personalized consulting and advisory sessions, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Service Fees

• Payments made for completed consulting sessions are non-refundable.

• For prepaid packages, if services have not yet started, clients may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. Cancellations

• Clients may cancel scheduled sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is permitted.

• No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

3. Exceptional Cases

• Refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion in case of:

  • Technical errors in payment processing

  • Duplicate transactions
